What it is?

  • toilet;
  • a common room in which employees eat;
  • administrative premises;
  • warehouses;
  • areas near the store, etc.

Grocery stores are required to create a cleaning schedule for refrigeration and other equipment.

General cleaning

General cleaning of premises is carried out regularly, but not as often as routine cleaning. To carry it out, specialized equipment, supplies and detergents are used.

It involves the following activities:

  1. Cleaning all open surfaces: walls, floors, windows, interior items, mirrors, doors, baseboards, etc.
  2. Cleaning all closed surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas such as ventilation grilles, chandeliers, floors and walls behind furniture.

Features of cleaning depend on the orientation of the object. The schedule for its implementation and frequency differ, for example, when carrying out a general cleaning of a ward in a hospital or a common room in a store.

However, there are mandatory points that must be specified in any form:

  • name of the institution,
  • responsible for its content,
  • date of the event (planned and actual),
  • name of disinfectants,
  • Full name and signature of the performer.

Sanitation
