1. Water is poured into a metal basin or large saucepan (volume of 10 liters or more).

3. Towels are loaded into a pan and placed on the stove. Boil laundry for no more than twenty minutes.
4. Boiled laundry is thoroughly rinsed and hung out to dry.

Use of special bleaches and conditioners

Frequent washing in hard water not only gives the towel a washed-out appearance, but also makes it hard and scratchy.

Special bleaches will help you quickly get rid of the old look of terry towels. They are conventionally divided into several types:

1. Oxygen. Special particles in the bleach will help restore the whiteness of the fabric while maintaining its structure.
2. Chlorine-containing Bleach is effective at any temperature, but with frequent use it destroys and thins the fabric (it is not advisable to use it for terry fabric products).

• the basin is filled with hot water, the volume necessary to completely immerse the terry towels;
• add liquid bleach to the water (the proportions are indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging);
• towels are soaked in a basin and left for two to three hours;
• The laundry is taken out of the basin, rinsed thoroughly with clean water, and hung out to dry.

In particularly advanced cases, the laundry is soaked for six to eight hours.

Features of the process depending on the color and type of material

The type of material from which the towel is made directly affects the choice of washing temperature.

Linens with a combined fabric composition (synthetic and cotton) are washed at a temperature not exceeding 40C. Synthetic towels are washed at temperatures no higher than 35°C.

There are also certain washing rules for colored, dark and white terry towels. Colored, dark and white linens are always washed separately.

For white towels (provided they have a natural composition), you can set the washing machine temperature to 90°C. For colored fabrics, the washing temperature is limited to 40-60°C.
